Why these tools are private

Most online PDF tools upload your file to a server to process it. These tools do the work in your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript (PDF.js, pdf-lib, QPDF-WASM), so your document never leaves your device. Nothing is stored, logged, or transmitted.

What you can do

Edit text in place — the editor keeps each run's font family, size, weight and style, and rebuilds the PDF on download.
Annotate & sign — highlight, draw, add images, sign, and redact.
Organize — merge, split, rotate and delete pages.
Convert — images to PDF and PDF pages to images.

How to edit a PDF, step by step

Open the editor, drop in your PDF, click any block of text to change it, and press Download. The rebuilt file keeps the original layout and fonts. To lock a document instead, open the protector, pick a password, and download the encrypted copy.

No sign-up, no cost

All the tools are free to use and do not require an account. The site is supported by ads.
